• Purpose: Ensures traceability and accountability for all manually entered orders.

2. Dropdown Menu: Reason for Manual Entry

• Introduce a predefined list of selectable reasons for creating a manual order.

• Suggested reasons include:

  • UPS return due to customs issues

  • Customer return due to product damage

  • Packaging error – missing items

• Purpose: Standardizes data input and enables consistent reporting across departments.
