Since the Shopify integration does not support custom statuses, all pending orders import as Awaiting Payment. We know the few customers who have terms with us, and it would be extremely helpful to be able to automatically mark those orders as paid as soon as they import to ShipStation. Otherwise the sales team has to constantly monitor the Awaiting Payment queue to make sure orders that should ship immediately don't get overlooked. They don't have the time, but the shipping department should not be making that determination either. But an automation rule based on the customer takes care of it simply and easily.
