Request for a new Action Type within automation rules to exclude certain customer types from receiving shipping and delivery confirmation emails. You could utilize a checkbox on the order to determine if a customer would like to receive either/both/none of the Shipstation emails.
We use the 'Note From Buyer' field on order to determine the classification of orders. This field typically contains the text 'Retail' or 'Wholesale'. Being able to use an automation rule action to exclude / opt-out 'Wholesale' from emails would be a positive since our accounts are inundated with these confirmations and separately receive an invoice that already includes tracking information.
