We currently have to email them (and hope not fulfilled) if someone cancels an order or if we allocated in error (and they do not have inventory).
There is no notifcation by email or alert of some sort when we cancel for them to know.
If they are not in front tof their email they may not see to tell warehosue staff to not fulfill.
