On the new layout of ShipStation, there is no way to create a 2nd shipment on an order that has already been shipped and get a Packing Slip that is not blank. Sometimes we have back orders or a missing item on a shipment, and when you create a new shipment on the order, the pack slip comes out blank. I was told we would need to create a whole new order in ShipStation in order to have the item on the Pack Slip.
This is inconvenient because 1, it will count inventory as shipping 2 times when in fact it was either missed or out of stock on the original order. And 2 it is time consuming. The older version of ShipStation prints out the pack slip with all items no matter how many shipments are created on an order.
