When looking at the returns page there should be a way to indicate that the shipment is good to be restocked or not. Therefore, if a customer sends back a used or unsellable product- the team doesn't process the refund. I cannot edit any details once the return label was created. 

Example: Customer requests a return label via portal. They send back a product that they never indicated was bad. The item comes back covered in mud. The warehouse "marked as received" since it was but how do I indicate to the employee processing refunds that this customer was should not receive a refund since it was against return policy. Just a red tagged flag, or a not or a "not restockable" button would be great!
