Bulk Search Orders

i've been told by support that V3 won't have the ability to look up bulk orders at a time?  Surely i'm not the only company that has to select various orders at a time to process and ship.  V2 has a search orders feature that works.  V3 has the blocks for this(for some reason) but i'm told the feature doesn't work.  I'm super confused by this, and really really really need this feature if i'm ever to officially move to V3.

And yes i know that one can sort orders within V3 by various things, but that's not helpful to me.  We have specific orders that need to be grabbed with info that ShipStation doesn't catalogue.  All i need to do is paste and search by order number.
If i've got to deal with orders one at a time, i could just do that in Shopify.
