It would be very helpful to either set up automation or just a general setting to receive emails once an RMA has been delivered to us. Even better would be an email or notification when an RMA is in transit. Our Customer Service department handles all returns which are less than 10% of our workload so we are not as active inside of Shipstation as our fulfillment team. Knowing when an RMA gets delivered back to us helps us expedite the refund process. We send a replacement once an RMA is in transit so manually tracking that is kind of rough.
