Not being able to edit the outgoing  "your return label..." email to include company details, and order details seems like an oversight.  Having the company name in the subject line of the email, or the company email address in place of "tracking@shipstation . com"  would prevent customers from overlooking Return labels due to them being from an unfamiliar source, with generic, almost spam like messaging.

I agree with everything the above commenter has in their email. The subject line definitely needs to have the name of the company in it. Currently, it looks like this: 

Your return label from , Order # 276736

The lack of anything after the "from" makes it look suspicious or automatically gets it marked as SPAM. 

Definitely need to be able to make the Branded Returns email more "branded" as well. We should be allowed to pull the same elements we use from our customized email templates. It's all part of ShipStation so it's a bit strange that we cannot use them for the Branded Return's Email.
