It would be great if the returns portal could be setup for the UK with more control over return rules etc.
I'm currently looking at Aftership and that features a lot of what we need to see from Shipstation in regards to settings, automations and email customisation.
I want to be able to offer paid labels for some returns for example, faulty items. But also provide basic return information for normal returns that we don't want to cover the cost for.
Even just the fact that the returns portal asked for zip code and not postal code is something that should also change.
