Trying to print a label now involves multiple steps. You click to print a label which created a popup message that reads processing label. Now this popup should only stay a sec or so prior to the label being shown to print. Since the last update now the majority of time this popup simply hangs and after about 30 secs. is gone. You then have to click your shipment tab to locate the shipping label to print it.

The program is running VERY slow - did an online chat yesterday with a shipstation rep. from Africa - of course she tried refreshing our account on her end, we cleared our cache multiple times and here we still stand. Same issue - very slow - crazy thing is about every 15-20 labels, 1 of the label will be shown quickly and able to print it. Majority of time; however, no label is shown and to retrieve the label we have to then click the shipment tab to be able to view the label and print it.

Just now tried to create a label and this error: "Timeout performing GET (5000ms), next: GET Seller3:201763:Seller, inst: 4, qu: 0, qs: 8, aw: False, rs: ReadAsync, ws: Idle, in: 131072, in-pipe: 8192, out-pipe: 176, serverEndpoint: ss-b-redis.sslocal.com:6379, mc: 1/1/0, mgr: 13 of 20 available, clientName: SS-WV3-B-040D02, IOCP: (Busy=5,Free=995,Min=100,Max=1000), WORKER: (Busy=33,Free=32734,Min=4000,Max=32767), v: 2.1.28.64774 (Please take a look at this article for some common client-side issues that can cause timeouts: https://stackexchange.github.io/StackExchange.Redis/Timeouts)"

Wait about 5 mins. and shipstation back to slow normal - create label, popup processing label notice sits there forever (30 secs), close out popup to go to shipment tab to print label.

This is INSANE - Shipstation platform is running very poorly and reading from others - this is not an isolated incident!

Erin, thanks for reaching out. Businesses get tired of dealing with software issues after updates. We are hoping with the next update this gets fixed and shipstation can get back to working the way it has for years.

In the meantime, we are closing out of the "processing" popup that shows after clicking to print the label since the popup will stay there for 30 secs of so before it disappears completely and the label is in the shipment tab. So we are closing out of the popup after a few seconds and going directly to the shipment tab so we can print our labels. A pain and extra time is needed to do so.

I would venture to guess that the platform works fine for 1 label out of every 20 we print. There is no rhyme or reason, but at this point the platform has issues. We know from reading we are not alone and will let another business spend their time trying to correct what your software engineers broke.
