Utilize ship-from location time zone setting in ship day cutoff on label

Each ship-from location allows you to specify a time zone for that location, but it doesn't seem like that data is being used anywhere. I would love to see it applied to the setting to specify an end of day time for label printing (ie labels printed after this time are attributed to the following day).

We ship from multiple warehouses in different time zones, and being able to have different label cutoff times per facility, based on the time zone in the ship from location, would be very useful.
