This would be the one issue I wish ShipStation will add in the future. I noticed there is only notifications for the shipment going out the door, and when it is delivered. If a package is delayed for any reason, I will not get notified via email. Which can cause lots of issues, especially with express/international shipments that are needed in a timely matter (for big events as an example)
