Updating Automation Rules on a Timer

ShipStaion is a great platform; and I have an idea on a simple implementation. We have many integrations working with and around ShipStation and have found a problem with an external splitter. We are fulfilling orders out of different states, so this splitter is necessary, but it seems to not update the weights accordingly, and we are using a weight-rated shipping method.

My Suggestion: Add an option for reprocessing the orders on a timer. Once an hour or once every 2 hours will solve our problems, but custom parameters for said timer shouldn't (keyword shouldn't) take too long to implement and could lead to solving a plethora of problems for others.
