We thought we were behind by miles just changing over to .webp images on our website this Fall, and I was shocked when I saw they weren't being supported in ShipStation. Products with .webp images are just blank in the pick list.

We can't pack orders easily without the images and are now seeing a jump in the time it takes for a single orde. Not supporting these common image types leaves too much room for mistakes and is costing us in time.

+1 Not to mention the unprofessional representation of our brand to our customers utilizing the communication templates provided by ShipStation.

WebP is a modern image format that provides superior lossless and lossy compression for images on the web and should be supported to provide superior performance to clients.

@CaraAdmin it is apparent that going on two years this is not a priority for ShipStation to address 👀 I understand working with a modern CDN may incur Auctane perhaps some additional cost but come on for your clients that run an optimized ecommerce sites this impacts their brand greatly with utilizing your shipping notifications with broken image links - Disappointed high volume customer

@CaraAdmin yes it is going on two years now with no apparent plans to fix this, we now have to have our order screen from our website up on another monitor just to pack orders because we cannot see the items needed.
