I just recently marked a batch of shipments as SHIPPED, but then realized i needed to undo it, and i spent about an hour researching, then contacted customer service, and they informed me that not only could i NOT do that on my end, but that they had to go through and modify each individual shipment to put it back in the "Awaiting Shipment" category. 

Seems like it would be a great help to your customers AND your support staff to make that a batch "other actions" option so you could select a bunch and "MARK AS NOT SHIPPED" or something.
