Allow freight+insurance total costs to show on custom packing slip

Hi there,

We are advanced user with 3+ years ShipStaiton experience. In our operation, we pass the shipping and insurance costs to customer after label was generated. We apply insurance for higher value packages. However, insurance amount not add up onto freight costs at packing slip. Have reviewed these options at Packing Slip Field Replacements
There is no variable for freight plus insurance costs. Would prefer total amount as field replacement option. That is going to make our life much easier.

Another thought is to allow your shipment# to show up on the packing slip, which is going to be helpful for us to track with paper document.

I think this should be an option to add in your packing slip settings, We are the producer and we would not want the shipping cost to be displayed to the end customer as their distributor pays that cost.
