Option to rename Custom Fields on Order Details Page

On the Order Details Page, it would be helpful if the Custom Field labels reflected the custom field name, or we could manually change the label. Not everyone remembers how the Custom Fields are mapped; sometimes the data is not intuitive.

For example, someone came to me and asked what "poplus" in Custom Field 1 means. I explained that Custom Field 1 holds the payment type, poplus means the customer used a purchase order number as the payment method. If the label for Custom Field 1 said Payment Method, it would be helpful.
