Ship Station needs to get working on the ability to upload documentation for international shipments. Given the changes being made in the trade world, specifically between Canada and the United States, it would be extremely helpful for importers/exporters to be able to upload their required documentation such as USMCA forms.

This is a large struggle a lot of sellers are facing currently and I am sure has a lot of them pondering the idea of switching to a platform that supports this function.

I've just come here to make the same request.  Really surprised that this isn't a feature already.  Digital customs data including Certificate of Origin have been mandatory with Royal Mail since 2021.  Thats a long time for the feature not to have been added.  Is this being expedited given the De Minimis changes happening at the end of the month?

This feature is badly needed and a basic one that should have been implemented a long time ago..

With de minimis ending, this is an existential problem for our business. I am very discouraged that it does not look like Shipstation will be ready to provide compliant paper work for our packages to pass through customs without being stopped.

We already are having to provide per item additional information for goods made in China that does not appear on the forms automatically generated by shipstation to customs, which creates delays for our customers and significantly slows down both our customer service and fulfilment teams.

Once de minimis disappears and 100% of our packages are affected, this will create a major problem for our business.

This should be a relatively easy fix for Shipstation. Even just making the Commercial Invoice and Custom form modifiable and allowing us to add our own per-product fields would solve it.

I see from other posts here that people have been brining up this issue since at least 2020. We need this solution by the end of the month and there is no time left!

It’s critical to prioritize these features. Without them, many non-US businesses will face severe losses from extra labor costs or duty charges.

Is ShipStation working on this feature? Does anyone know of other providers that offer this feature and can link to e-commerce sites for shipment fullfillment?

I have reached out to shipstation several times about this feature. Massive oversight on their part... the online rep simply provided me a link to a blog post from 2024 about the de minimis value....
Attempting again to get in touch with someone higher up to have this feature added.

has anyone found any other providers that already offer USMCA document ?
