Automation Rule

We need to tag certain orders that contain specific item names. Currently, we can create a rule that applies to the item name in the order, but each line item in the order needs to contain the keyword you are making the rule with. There should be the ability to create the rule based on any of the item names containing the keyword. Can you please look into this feature request?

Not ideal but there is at least one option:
Go into Products. Search the keyword and bulk apply a dedicated Tag to the products that contain the keyword. Then create your automation rule to apply to any orders that contain that tag. New products would need the tag applied as they're added but maybe you can work with that for now.

Thanks for being a part of our community and for reaching out for assistance. 

A big thank you to @kayla-zk for the amazing suggestion of utilizing tags for the automation. My personal suggestion would be to potentially use the item sku criteria for the automation rule if the tagging solution does not work for what you are trying to achieve.

Thank you for the suggestion! For now, the tagging will work. We are hoping to automate this at some point rather than continuously manually tagging while the orders come in.
