In ShipStation > Settings > Store Setup > Shopify Store Setup > Custom Field Mapping, please ask ShipStation developers to add the Option of Shopify Order Name, because the Shopify Order Name is the actual Order Number, while the Shopify Order ID is the internal integer ID Shopify database uses to index orders. -- See attached screenshot for more information.
