This person wants a 3X instead. They made a mistake. Not a rare thing in online orders.
Am I going nuts or was there NO WAY to do this for like 5 years and they recently FINALLY added the ability to do this very basic thing and now I CANNOT FIND ANY WAY to do this?
Does ShipStation ever revise sorely needed features or are we supposed to just forever wait for totally basic things like editing an order, or how about a way to do bulk international custom declarations?
