Customer Engagement Insights Broken for Months

My customer engagement page has been broke for months now and i keep getting the runaround from support.

here is what it looks like

Am I the only one who has this issue?

This is pretty ridiculous that a main feature can't be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

I get your frustration, a customer engagement page is such an important feature and it’s tough when it stays broken for months without a clear fix. You’re definitely not the only one; I’ve seen others run into similar issues. In the meantime, I’ve been looking at ways to keep my customer-facing pages organized, like browsing collections here but it would be so much better if support addressed this properly.
