We would like the ability to add notes in a customers account that show up on future orders for that customer. For example, our product requires documentation in certain states, we would like to be able to enter the expiration date of their documents so that we don't have to ask the customer for something they have already given us or we don't have to search other systems for this. Anyone know of a workaround for this?
