Customizing a Packing Slip

Hi, I'm trying to customize our Packing Slip to reflect site-wide discounts and Free Shipping when customers qualify.  Has anyone figured out how to do this?

Hi @kami, you can hard code discounts or free shipping details into a packing slip. You won't be able to create display or if,then,else rules in the packing slip code.  Need help? Feel free to reach out. I am a Shipstation partner and have been building custom packing slips for Shipstation users for a number of years now. Thanks!
