DHL Service Point

After 7 month of using Shipstation daily for processing orders shipped from Germany, there are 2 major problems I have:

1. I can't send via DHL to DHL Service Point. There is neither a selection "DHL Service Point" nor does the system allow me to create the lable with "Packstation 123" in Address field and "Postnumber 123456789" in continued Address. Sending to DHL Service Points is cost savvy and convenient, therefore essential.

2. I can't send from Germany to Switzerland. Custom Forms are falsely generated, both with DHL Deutsche Post and UPS. The postal fees are never considered in the Forms, therefore I can't use these without risking having them sent back.

I had several support conversations about this, it was suggested to me to post here.

Thank you for sharing your request regarding international shipments with Deutsche Post DHL. Currently, this service only supports shipments between Germany and Austria and does not include Switzerland. You can find more details here. 

Service point integration is not currently available. However, we’re always working to enhance our platform, and we can see how this functionality would be valuable to you.
