We have our own internal UPS account, but also a clients account in our account so we can easily ship his orders, however, the top "Default" selection is my clients account, not our own which is causing some issues since his account has a higher cost and we mistakenly ship on his account once every few weeks, just because its the default. Even though our account has our account selected as "Default" that doesn't apparently mean that the account is selected when we choose UPS Ground as our shipping option, we have to scroll down to "Other Options" and change the account to our account, on every single order we ship.
Anyone have any suggestions? I reached out to support, they say that such a feature does not exist and they don't have any solution. Seems like it should be pretty straightforward to organize shipping accounts in a specified order, I mean, I cant be the only one with multiple UPS accounts that wants one of them to be the "Default".
