Has anyone else been told that they are going through a system “issue” and they can’t access your account due to it , so in return they can’t help solve your issue ?? I have and I’m FURIOUS!! I just need them to pull up one label manifest showing that the label was paid for and send it to USPS so that my package can continue on its journey and they claim they can’t even do that ! So many people are having issues with shipstation ! I recommend NEVER using this company again because I most certainly will not . I will be taking this issue to court due to their negligence and loss of my package with usps because without that label manifest , usps has said that they will not release my package and it will become property of usps.
