Extra $50 per month to use your broken features? ABSOLUTELY NOT

I pay for the silver plan SOLELY to get the custom packing slips. I reported an issue back in NOVEMBER with the custom packing slips intermittently working that still hasn't been solved, and the guy handling the ticket is a complete dismissive jerk.

The information for the custom packing slips comes via API because Shipstation is too lazy to bring in all the necessary order details, so we have to do it ourselves via the API.

And now you want to force us to upgrade our plan and pay an additional $50 per month to use the API because of your poor coding? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

After 11-12 years of being a paid customer, this is the final nail in the coffin. 

Keep going Auctane, I'm cheering you on all the way to filing for bankruptcy after you lose majority of your customers.

 

PS. Nice added touch getting an email from Valentin Flores valentin.flores@auctane.com on March 3rd for "Account Checkin" and "If you're experiencing any challenges or have any questions, I would be happy to assist."..... I wrote back within 2 hours and never even got a response LOL. What a joke!

Also super unimpressed by this and will be exploring other options - I just posted a new thread regarding the 'forced upgrade'. We are a small business on the Starter Plan, and we chose ShipStation for it's API and its built in integration with our eCom store provider so we could have live rates. Our monthly subscription is now going from 19.99-139.99 if we want to continue accessing the API. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more, but $120+ more a month is ridiculous.
