Hi shipstation team,
i use the 3rd Party Fulfillment and The Store who is sending orders to me is setting values in this fields:
Note from Buyer and Custom fields 1-3
I do not see an option to delete these fields with automatisation rules on Import as they are messing with my automatisations down the line. I only see SET field.... Could you make an option to Delete the Values of that fields or overwrite it, rather than just Add what you currently have ?
It would be a bonus if all those fields would be shown on detailed order view on the mobile app as well.

Thank you, I tried with a empty space but that didnt work. I dont want to have a value in that field so i can filter later down the stream in an application and dont like to use a workaround, should be a simple fix for a developer.

100% agree, just figured Id share a way to remove at least most of the information that would taint a filter later on.
Im not sure about the 3PL or store connections you use, but I know some of the common ones (Shopify/Amazon) now have Custom Field mappings where you can unselect/leave blank Custom Fields.
