I hope you're all doing well.
I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing a similar challenge. We ship from Germany to the UK using GLS under the DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service. However, within ShipStation, we’re unable to select this service option when shipping to countries outside the European Union, such as the UK and Switzerland.
Has anyone found a workaround or solution to streamline DDP shipping via GLS or UPS in ShipStation for non-EU destinations? Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated. The snip of the error is attached herewith.
