Is there a way to add more packing slip fields manually?

We use Spotify and the template we want to implement consists of a couple things. The first is the packing slip itself, and even the packing slip doesn't have everything we need. The second is a returns form that lists the items the customer is returning. The 3rd is a gift message. The returns form doesn't have any return fields so I'm curious if I can do it manually somehow since JavaScript isn't supported. Do I need to define what content gets sent on Shopify? Any help would be appreciated.

To my knowledge, we cannot add additional custom fields on the packing slip. However, if another community member has found a solution to this type of question, I absolutely encourage them to detail that here for us!
