LIve Rates with WooCommerce

I have had this site for a few years. It would give live rates that were accurate to the penny, when people checked out. I stopped taking orders last summer, and am finally getting back to shipping.

We had issues getting shipstation to talk to my site, but now it is saying they are connected. However, it will not give rates. It just says it doesn't have any shipping options for that address.

What am I missing?

Our Live Checkout Rates feature is only supported for BigCommerce, Wix, Shopify, and Magento store integrations. I’ve linked our Help Center article on Checkout Rates for more details.
