Why do we have to go through the "UPS from ShipStation Form" to return a shipment to sender? All the information required to be entered is already known by ShipStation when logged in. We should be able to simply press a button on a shipment to initiate a Return to Sender request. If there's any additional information needed, just make a pop-up form to fill in. Going through some random form not even associated with our account is a huge waste of effort.
