Making Returns Stick When Marked As Received

We need a way for those returns that are outstanding to be marked as received AND stick in the received tab. Currently, when you mark outstanding returns as shipped, they move to the received tab; however, they move back to outstanding as their status gets updated.

Making them stick as received would help our business keep a better track of when the return was dropped off, rather than watching it update to delivered.

To add to this, it would be nice to be able to cancel old returns that were never received. Both features would be worthwhile.
