Map Requested Service

Is the Map Requested Service feature unavailable? I've been trying to map services for a few weeks but keep getting an error message.

I am having this problem too!  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Oh hey, I just learned you can do this manually also in your store settings. Go to Settings>Selling Channels, then click the "..." next to the store you want to map services for and select Edit Store Details. Then click the Shipping Services tab and you can map from there.  Good luck!
