Our business has 4-5 shipping boxes and when we enter product/packages into ShipStation it cannot separate out the packaging size from the Multi-Package. I'm currently having to manually go into EVERY order and relabel the corresponding box sizes. We do manual counts with the staff, but I would like for this to be the backup or when its run perfectly this be are actual inventory control. This current month we have 800 orders and 150 of them are multi-package.....ugh. I've tried to run every report possible, or even modify/filter reports and nothing can be done about it....so they say. Anyone find a fix?
