I'm having a similar problem to a previous post:

I put a balance of $50 when I signed up for the free trial and linked my newly formed etsy shop. I just don't do a lot of volume and found the shipstation interface to be a bit confusing vs. shipping directly from etsy - so I cancelled my account after doing a setup zoom call with a shipstation representative very soon after setting it up. She mentioned that a refund of the balance would come between 3-6 weeks.
My trial has since ended, and now my balance is nowhere to be seen because everything is grey-ed out due to the trial expiration. I contacted support chat and the agent couldn't find evidence of my putting a balance on, and basically accused me of never doing so.
I'm wondering if there is a way to get this money refunded aside from contacting my bank and petitioning for a chargeback.
