So if I read this right, Ship Station is charging me 30% per label to use Refund Assist? Shouldn't that be a feature that SS provides in it's platform? Just another gouge....

Thank you for your question! Refund Assist is an optional service designed to help automate a process that many merchants spend hours manually managing each week. It streamlines refund requests, saving time and reducing the need for repetitive manual work.
If this isn’t something you want to use, no worries—you can easily disable the feature at any time in your Account Settings. Here’s a helpful article with step-by-step instructions: Enable or Disable Refund Assist.
