Nearing plan limit

I would like a single place where I can check how many transactions were performed during a billing cycle so I can better manage my account.  Right now I have to check shipments, returns, marked as shipped, etc.  

In addition I would like to see two other options.

1) The ability to have an email notification if the account is nearing the plan limit.

2) An option to allow the account to automatically upgrade to the next tier instead of halting shipping.
