I believe SS needs a feature that allows for multiple hold folders. We sell personalized products that need customer approval of proofs. We end up putting the orders on hold while we wait for a response. During the holidays we have hundreds of orders in the hold folder. It would be helpful to have at least on additional hold folder for these orders, so we can see orders on hold that are on hold for other reasons. I requested this 5+ years ago and still feel like this would be super helpful.
