Custom Order Status

I'm sure it's been mentioned before but after speaking with an SS representative on chat, they urged me to post on the forum to help back this idea. 

Allowing users to create custom order status folders in Shipstation would be extremely helpful. These folders would be in addition to the default "On Hold, Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, Cancelled, Order Alerts" folders and would allow users to sort orders more robustly. Using batches is great when used properly but this can help mitigate errors if the batch function is misused or when an automation rule does not hit 100%. 

Any thoughts on this from the community?

This feature isn’t on our roadmap at the moment, but we’ll be sure to update our merchants if that changes in the future.
