I am selling fishing jig heads online. The heaviest one is less than 2 ounces and I have set it up as such on ShipStation. However, when customers order 3 or 4 packages, the system automatically sets the package weight as 5 pounds, which is much more expensive. I need help figuring out how to fix this issue.
