We ship out a lot of Amazon packages each week, about 2,000. We have been shipping everything on Veeqo. They have a few things that make shipping a bit more simple. I was hoping we could get these features added to ShipStation so we can return to using you as our primary shipping resource. These features are listed below.

1) Sync and pull orders from Amazon more often. Veeqo updates the orders roughly once a minute, while ShipStation can take upwards of 2 hours.

2) Ship-by dates. On Veeqo, each shipping service shows what day the package will be delivered, and shows if it will be delivered on time according to Amazon's requirements. These dates are color-coded and help keep our staff from making mistakes that could jeopardize the health of our Amazon page.

Supposedly there's a New Feature Requests section and I cannot tell if this is it.

The option to disable "Autogenerate Order #" in New Orders from automatically being selected seems like an easy no brainer as it is a pain for anyone who manually enters orders and hard to unwind if you miss it.

Currently, when the Shipstation label is created via the dashboard it includes the weight plus the units in the default country that the service is in. For example, I have a Canadian UPS account and when I create a label, it will use "1 KG". However, this is inaccurate because in the display options setting, we specifically want "pounds" to be used. In all of the other reports, pounds is used when we select this setting, but it still uses KG regardless of said setting.

This is also the case for the UK UPS account but the US UPS account uses pounds which makes sense because Canada and UK default to the metric system. We reached out to the UPS support about this and they said that Shipstation needs to be the ones setting the correct weight unit. Please create a fix for this as you would think the display option setting would already resolve this issue.
