I "upgraded" to the new version of ShipStation Connect yesterday. Now, when using my scale to ship a package, the totally wrong weight is entered. Anybody else run into this problem? It is very frustrating having to manually enter in the weights.

Have you set the scale to "High capacity mode" in the scale settings part of the portal? We noticed our scales did that when that was not set correctly after any sort of updates.
