Not opening the label after adding money

I was about to print a label and a popup said I needed more money so I added money, at this point it would normally open the label I was trying to print. but today the label is not opening for me to print it's not even in the download directory
I have to go to shipments and print it from there.
I'm using firefox

It just did it again. It removes the order from "orders" tab and doesn't create the label

Due to the nature of this behavior, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can check for any reasons behind this issue! We certainly want to make sure you can print labels like normal!
