Shipstation took my money and don't have an ETA on when they will resolve this issue

I tried to create + print a FedEx overnight shipping label for a manual order. I clicked on that button and it removed the funds from my account. After clicking on that button, nothing would happen. And when I went to that print icon in the app to print the label, this window opened up and showed this error message on the print preview and the PDF file had issues opening as well:

I am out $143.16 and shipstation tried to charge my bank account 3 times for $155.93 afterwards. I chatted in with Saab, IzzaBhelle A. they were very rude and unhelpful. Would ask me several times for my bank statement record and what happened, when I already sent screenshots via chat like they weren't listening. The last message I received from them said: "...there is no ETA on the escalation on this matter, but I will update you right away once I get a response." 

So they were able to take my money right away but no ETA on when I'll get my refund?? And their app is not user friendly AT ALL.
