The packing slip has the incorrect price total with a BOGO discount, and there seems to be no way to correct it. The cost summary is showing the correct amount, but the packing slip has the BOGO sale price then also subtracts the discount, making it appear that the products were free.
For example- customer bought 2x $100 products, and BOGO brought the total cost down to $100 (+10 tax/shipping). The packing slip has it displayed as 2x $50 ($100 total), -$100 for BOGO, so the final total is only the $10 tax/shipping.
Has anyone dealt with this? Again, the cost summary is correct, as is the actual charge, it's just the packing slip that has issues.
