Has anyone else had this issue?
When I drill into an order to select package options, the pop-up window that appears at the bottom is cut off. I can’t see the shipping estimate or transit time unless I hide my Windows taskbar.
Browser: Chrome (latest version)
Tried: Changing zoom, disabling pop-up blockers, using incognito, updating browser, and testing in DuckDuckGo browser.
Results: The issue persists in Chrome even if I hide my taskbar; DuckDuckGo works only when taskbar is hidden.
It feels like a UI design issue rather than a browser problem. I’ve been using ShipStation for over 10 years, and this is a new and frustrating issue that affects productivity.
Is anyone else seeing this? Any workarounds besides hiding the taskbar?
