I am having issues with bundles created in Recharge (through shopify) and how they work in shipstation. I've had a number of them duplicated when they were coming across. The first time would come without an image and the second would have the image. The great folks at SS had me inactivate the bundles that I created in SS and then it seemed to work. They told me that Recharge does all of the work on both Shopify and shipstation.
My question- Now, I cannot open the bundle under products. Anyone know why that is?

Regarding your question about Recharge and the duplicate orders youโre seeingโunfortunately, Recharge doesnโt have a direct integration with ShipStation, so weโre limited in the troubleshooting we can provide. I recommend reaching out to Rechargeโs support team to see if they can help identify the cause of the duplication.
